Elocarry Refund Policy and Process

We want your experience with Elocarry to be excellent. If something doesn't go as expected, we're here to assist. Below is a straightforward outline of our refund process and eligibility criteria.


Refund Policy


Eligibility:

  • Refunds are considered if Elocarry software does not function after you've received direct assistance from our support team, including mandatory troubleshooting steps such as formatting your PC.
  • Refunds are not issued for game bans or detections, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product’s sales page (e.g., CS2 Faceit).
  • Purchases made via cryptocurrency are eligible for refunds only as store credit.
  • Purchases made through third-party resellers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.


Requesting a Refund:

  • If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via the chatbox located at the bottom right of our website to submit your request with your email, your forum username, and the reason for your request.
  • We will review your request and determine eligibility based on our policy.

Compensation:

  • If the software experiences downtime exceeding 60 continuous minutes, you may qualify for compensation at our discretion. Please contact support for verification and compensation claims.
