Eligibility:
- Refunds are considered if Elocarry software does not function after you've received direct assistance from our support team, including mandatory troubleshooting steps such as formatting your PC.
- Refunds are not issued for game bans or detections, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product’s sales page (e.g., CS2 Faceit).
- Purchases made via cryptocurrency are eligible for refunds only as store credit.
- Purchases made through third-party resellers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.
Requesting a Refund:
- If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via the chatbox located at the bottom right of our website to submit your request with your email, your forum username, and the reason for your request.
- We will review your request and determine eligibility based on our policy.
