Elocarry Refund Policy and Process

We want your experience with Elocarry to be excellent. If something doesn't go as expected, we're here to assist. Below is a straightforward outline of our refund process and eligibility criteria.

Refund Policy



Eligibility:
Refunds are considered if Elocarry software does not function after you've received direct assistance from our support team, including mandatory troubleshooting steps such as formatting your PC.
Refunds are not issued for game bans or detections, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product’s sales page (e.g., CS2 Faceit).
Purchases made via cryptocurrency are eligible for refunds only as store credit.
Purchases made through third-party resellers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.

Requesting a Refund:
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via the chatbox located at the bottom right of our website to submit your request with your email, your forum username, and the reason for your request.
We will review your request and determine eligibility based on our policy.

Compensation:
If the software experiences downtime exceeding 60 continuous minutes, you may qualify for compensation at our discretion. Please contact support for verification and compensation claims.

Store credit provided as compensation or refunds cannot be withdrawn as cash or cryptocurrency.
