  • Continuous downtime exceeding 60 minutes may make you eligible.
  • Compensation is provided exclusively as subscription time extensions.
  • All compensation is granted at the sole discretion of Elocarry.

When Compensation is Not Offered

  • External issues beyond our control (e.g., IP problems, server maintenance by game publishers).

Requesting Compensation

If downtime exceeds 60 minutes and compensation hasn’t been automatically applied:

  1. Contact our support team to verify eligibility.
  2. Provide your subscription details for review.

Important Notes

  • Compensation decisions, particularly regarding cheat detections or partial feature malfunctions, are made at our discretion based on severity and impact.

    Responses are typically provided within 48 hours.

    You must have an active subscription to redeem compensation.

    • If your subscription has expired, renewing it will immediately apply compensation days.
    • You will not be charged until your compensation period ends.
    • Ensure you cancel your subscription prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue, to avoid unnecessary charges.
