I press play and nothing happens: Loader response issue

If you press “ Play” and the loader doesn’t respond, or asks you to download the loader, this could be due to an out-of-sync PC timezone.


Quick Fix:
  1. Open Date & Time Settings:
  • Right-click the clock on your taskbar.
  • Select Adjust date and time.


  1. Enable Automatic Sync:
  • Turn on Set time automatically and Set timezone automatically.


  1. Sync Time:
  • Click Sync now under Additional settings if needed.


  1. Restart the Loader:
  • Close and reopen the loader, then press Play again.


This should fix the issue. If the problem continues, please contact support.
