At Elocarry, we aim to keep our services online and reliable at all times. However, we understand that unexpected downtime or issues can occur. In these cases, we offer compensation as outlined below.

When is Compensation Available?


If Elocarry software experiences continuous downtime lasting longer than 60 minutes, you may be eligible for compensation.
Compensation is provided exclusively as subscription time extensions.
All compensation provided is solely at the discretion of Elocarry.

When is Compensation Not Offered?


We do not offer compensation for:
Issues caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., IP problems, server maintenance by game publishers).

How Do I Request Compensation?


If the software has been down for more than 60 minutes and you've not automatically received compensation, please contact our support team to verify your eligibility and status.

Additional Notes:


Compensation decisions, especially for issues like cheat detections or specific features not functioning, are made at our sole discretion based on the nature of the issue and its impact.
Our team will review requests and provide a response within 48 hours.
