Cheat Swap Policy: Exchanging Remaining Duration for a Different Game
If you’ve recently purchased a cheat and want to exchange it for another, follow these guidelines carefully.
Can I Swap My Cheat?
✅ Yes, but only under certain conditions:
- Admin Approval Required – Only Xavier (Head of Billing) can process cheat swaps. Please wait for an admin to review your request.
- Price Match – The new cheat must cost the same as your current one for a straight swap.
- Paying the Difference – If the new cheat costs more, you must cover the price difference.
How to Pay for a Price Difference
If your desired cheat costs more:
1️⃣ Purchase a Gift Card from our store to cover the difference: Buy an Elocarry Gift Card
2️⃣ Submit Your Order ID in your support request.
3️⃣ Wait for Admin Approval – Once confirmed, your cheat will be swapped accordingly.
Important Notes
- Patience Required – Cheat swaps are not instant; admins need time to process requests.
- Eligibility Checks – If your billing profile doesn’t meet the required conditions, your request may be denied.
- Active Subscriptions Only – Swaps are only allowed for active cheats; expired or nearly expired subscriptions may not qualify.
