Elocarry Refund Policy and Process
We want your experience with Elocarry to be excellent. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to assist. Below is an overview of our refund process and eligibility criteria.
Eligibility
- Refunds are considered if Elocarry software does not function after you’ve received direct assistance from our support team, including mandatory troubleshooting steps such as formatting your PC.
- Refunds are not issued for game bans or detections, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product’s sales page (e.g., CS2 Faceit).
- Purchases made via cryptocurrency are eligible for refunds only as store credit.
- Purchases through third-party resellers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.
Requesting a Refund
- Contact us via the chatbox at the bottom right of our website.
- Provide your email, forum username, and the reason for your refund request.
Review Process
- Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on this policy.
- Additional information may be requested to process your refund.
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed the same day.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Cryptocurrency purchases may receive store credit at our discretion.
- Purchases via third-party resellers are never refundable.
- Rare cases of unintended or unauthorized subscription renewals may qualify for exceptions.
Compensation
- If the software experiences downtime exceeding 60 continuous minutes, you may qualify for compensation. Contact support to verify and submit a claim.
