I press play and nothing happens: Loader response issue
If you press “Play” and the loader doesn’t respond, or asks you to download the loader, this may be caused by an out-of-sync PC timezone.
Quick Fix:
- Open Date & Time Settings:
- Right-click the clock on your taskbar.
Select Adjust date and time.
Enable Automatic Sync:
Turn on Set time automatically and Set timezone automatically.
Sync Time:
Click Sync now under Additional settings if needed.
Restart the Loader:
- Close and reopen the loader, then press Play again.
This should resolve the issue. If the problem continues, please contact support.
